Heating andair conditioning are not included in the price of 'apartment, these will be calculated according to consumption.
Final cleaning has a cost of €15 per person/child/baby, with a minimum of €60 for the small apartments (Lavanda,Capannina and Archi), minimum of €75 for the apartment La Corte and a minimum of €90 for the large 6-person apartments (Girasoli, Focolare and Cantina).
Any midweek cleaning is charged at €20 per hour.
Tourist tax: €1.5 per day per person over 12 (for max. 5 days)
Baby cribs and extra beds cost €35 per week/stay.

The pool has seasonal opening which may vary depending on weather conditions. Opening can be scheduled in the months of April/May, and closing is scheduled for November 2, 2024. The exact opening/closing day cannot be predicted well in advance.
However, there are natural areas with thermal waters and spas in our areas, which are also suitable for families with children.
Each apartment is equipped with free WIFI connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, hand soap, dish soap, drinking water.....
Pets allowed but only small and medium size, non-aggressive. Please specify the type of animal in the request: additional cost 35 euros per animal. Dogs cannot be off-leash in any public area of the farmhouse, and if deemed appropriate, a muzzle may be required.
Electric cars: it is possible to recharge your electric car, paying the consumption of kWs.

Booking conditions:
When booking via email, a deposit of 35% of the stay is required by bank transfer in order to make the reservation official.
The cancellation policy, for reservations made via email, is to refund the deposit only in case of cancellations within the 8 months prior to the arrival date. For immediate reservations, made through the website, the cancellation policy is stated in the reservation voucher.
For all reservations, final payment is required within 2 weeks prior to arrival, within 14 days prior to the check-in date, by bank transfer.
Without payment of the deposit and final balance, within the established timeframe, the property may define the reservation as invalid.
