Prices include: use of the swimming pool, deckchairs, beach umbrellas, cot and high chair on request, bed and kitchen linen changed weekly, pool towel on request, use of washing machine, use of iron and ironing board on request, satellite TV (TVSAT) in the living room, uncovered parking.
Compulsory final cleaning: € 70,00 for the apartment Belvedere, € 60,00 for the apartment Corte and Siena, € 50,00 in total for the apartments Alloro and Capanna, € 40,00 in total for the apartment Loggetta and € 30,00 for the apartments Melograno, Pozzo, Loggiato 1, Loggiato 2 and Loggiato 3.
Extra services: Extra bed means single bed only for children under 12 years old: price € 10,00 per day.
Heating not included in the price in the cottage Capanne: the price is on consumption: € 6,00 per mc.
Air conditioning is only in the Capanne cottage (on consumption € 0,90 per kw).
Deposit of € 250,00 in cash for all the apartments, which we return on departure after checking for any damage in the apartments.
Tourist tax not included (€ 1,00 per person per day in cash).
