The agriturismo
Our estate is part of a 15-hectare farm of which about 6 hectares are vineyards and about 3 hectares are olive groves.
The 16 rooms with bathrooms were obtained from the careful renovation of a typical Tuscan farmhouseTuscan cottage of which the most characteristic features have been maintained, such as the old exposed beams and stone walls . The estate enjoys splendid views of the hills and is surrounded by the property's vineyards and olive groves: it is the perfect blend of farmhouse charm and luxury hotel comfort.
Buffet breakfast is included in the rate is served at our "Da Pode" Restaurant , 60 meters away.
The rooms are all air-conditioned and there are two beautiful swimming pools , also about 60 meters from the rooms, available to guests.

We are located 1.5 km from the historic center of San Gimignano, which can be reached by our shuttle service to and from the center of San Gimignano at scheduled times or by a nice walk on the "Via Vecchia per San Gimignano," with which you can reach the center of town on foot in 20-30 minutes, fully enjoying the view of the countryside and the famous towers.
Using your own car, you can reach the parking lots surrounding the historic center in a few minutes.
Inside the estate it is also possible to have tastings of our wines and purchase the estate's products. The location allows you to explore the heart of Tuscany, delving into Chianti or visiting Volterra, Monteriggioni and Certaldo, or even discover art cities such as Florence and Siena.
