A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is required upon arrival. Heating costs for apartments are not included in the rate and are charged according to actual consumption. Instead, they are included in the room rates.
Rooms are air-conditioned and the rate includes daily tidying up. Apartments are not air-conditioned and the rate does not include daily tidying up, only final cleaning.
All accommodations are equipped with a TV. The apartments do not have dishwashers.
The restaurant opens with a minimum of 10 people.
Breakfast: included in rooms; for apartments, 10 euros per person on request.
Housekeeping and linen
Linen is always included, and cleaning the apartments during the stay is extra. Final cleaning is included.
Room cleaning is daily.
Extra bed and crib
Extra bed is 20 euros per day; crib 5 euros.
Discounts provided for children and teens:
- Between 0-3 years: no charge for breakfast or lunch or anything else inherent to catering, unless you need something specific.
- Above this age menus can be arranged; breakfast is 5 euros up to 7 years, above 7 years 10 euros.
Swimming pool
Access to the pool is included. Pool towels are NOT included.
