The agriturismo
An ancient farm house completely renovated but maintaining the original style. It is situated on a hill facing Pienza and enjoys a beautiful panoramic position in the Orcia Valley.
Here Ridley Scott played some actions of the famous colossal 'The Gladiator'.
The accommodation
The Terrapille and Moggiaglie farms have been completely restored following the original style and today they are equipped with more amenities and a panoramic pool for cooling off in the summer.
At the Terrapille Farm:
Second floor: the Arazzo room (double room with bath), the Baldacchino room (room with double bed and bath), the Pienza Suite (room with double bed + living room with the possibility of 1 or 2 single beds, bath).

All rooms are equipped with free minibar, coffee corner, TV and DVD player and a private outside area with table and chairs. Breakfast is served in a lounge with a panoramic view.
Activities and surrounding
The farm grows cereals, olives and vines. In the farm guests can observe and, on request, take part to the farm activities.
Guests can also choice to relax themselves on the border of the panoramic swimming pool in front of the Orcia Valley and Mount Amiata.
Around there are woods, eroded escarpments, a fishing lake and paths ideal for trekking, observing plants, birds, and wild animals.
The whole farm is part of the 'Natural setting of the historical settlements of Pienza'. Some beautiful towns of Tuscany are very near: Pienza (1,5km), Bagni Vignoni (4km), Montepulciano (15km), Montalcino (23km). Siena, Firenze, Arezzo and Perugia.are reachable by car in about an hour.
