Inside Borgo Spagnoli, there are hidden corners of uncontaminated nature, the Borgo Spagnoli farm, with its 13,500 olive trees arranged in 200 hectares of land, from whose fruits one can extract precious oil. The harmonious coexistence of the green hills of the property, with the suggestive panorama of the lake, make the Borgo Spagnoli Farmhouse a place of particular charm.
The Borgo Spagnoli Farmhouse is within the medieval walls of Montecolognola. Culturally and geographically, the territory remains fascinated, in the language and in the landscape, as well as in the flavors of the cuisine and traditions. The art and nature of the Etruscan and Roman civilization will be found in every corner of the territory; small and large historical centers testify to the great season of the Middle Ages. Montecolognola, a small village on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, at an altitude of 400 meters, has the particularity of preserving its ancient medieval appearance. All around are olive trees that maintain the splendid and ancient atmosphere.
