The agriturismo

Il Molino Antico is located in the green heart of Italy, Umbria, a beautiful region surrounded by unspoilt nature. Our structure is located 10 minutes by car from Spoleto, the city of the Festival of the Two Worlds, and consists of n. 8 apartments and a double bedroom located in the tower.

The accommodation

All apartments have a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom (1 or 2), bathroom with shower and enjoy a view of our pool and park or the surrounding hills. The apartments are divided into two rooms (for 2 people) and three rooms (for 4 people), all have an independent entrance and some are located on the ground floor with access for disabled people. Outside the farm is surrounded by about one hectare of park with inside our swimming pool with deck chairs and sun loungers provided.

Activities and surrounding

Outside the park you can take walks in our walnut grove or among our vineyards, with the possibility of tasting our wines. Our farm is located in a strategic position: just 10 minutes by car from Spoleto center, 15 minutes from Montefalco, 20 minutes from Bevagna. Also within easy reach are Trevi, Foligno, Spello and Assisi. Only 5 minutes by car is the Bruna, a small town where you can find supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and ATMs. In the structure we have a guide reserved for our guests regarding the proposed activities and places to visit.
