Casa Baiocco is a beautiful farmhouse located just 900 meters from the center of the town of Città della Pieve.

The villa is immersed in the green surrounded by a park with 1000 olive trees.

CASA BAIOCCO is composed of:

- Ground floor, living room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with every accessory

- First floor, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. One room is with small terrace and access from outside

- Semi-basement, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and billiard room

Swimming pool situated on the front of the villa measuring 4X10 and 1.40 deep, open from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in November.

The property is the ideal place to explore Umbria and Tuscany, it is located within walking distance from the town centre and there you will find restaurants, bars and shops.
