The agriturismo
8 km from Todi, in the Umbria hills stands a former convent, surrounded by about 20 hectares of land, renovated in keeping with the architecture with which it was built around 300 years ago. Sitting in the porch overlooking the valley, you can admire the beauty of the city ofTodi, which dominates the landscape.
The 20 hectares of land surrounding the farmhouse are divided into arable land (wheat, sunflowers, barley), woodland, vineyards and olive groves. The latter, along with the breeding of Chianina cattle, are the jewel in the farm’s crown: extra virgin olive oil and meat are produce used in the agriturismo kitchen or sold directly to guests.

The accommodation
The farmhouse has 5 double bedrooms, all furnished with rustic furniture in different colours. They are equipped with bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The 3 apartments, sleeping 2/4, have a bedroom, sofa bed, kitchenette and fridge, bed linen, hair dryer, heating, TV and Wi-Fi.
The restaurant, with exposed beamed ceilings and a capacity of 35, offers the unique flavours of Umbrian cooking with traditional recipes and farm produce such as Chianina beef, olive oil, lamb and spelt soup. Tasting of local wines such as Grechetto di Todi and Sagrantino di Montefalco.
The beautiful flower garden with swimming pool measuring 13m x 6m with salt system, bocce green and children’s play area, enjoys a panoramic view of Todi.
Activities and surrounding
From its privileged location, it is easy to reach prestigious Umbrian cities of art: Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Montefalco and many other small medieval villages. About 2 km away are tennis courts, five-a-side-football fields, a riding stables, a microlight strip and a laundrette. A room and an outdoor reading area with hammocks offer the opportunity to relax, and have WI-FI internet coverage.
