The agriturismo
In the hills, at just 3 km from Umbertide, the agriturismo is not far from the "Castrum Certalti" Byzantine-Lombard archaeological site, and from important cities in Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio...).
Besides relaxing in the garden or the swimming pool, guests can enjoy fruit picking and admire the panoramic view from the terrace.
The accommodation
Rooms and apartments are set in an old farmhouse located between Umbertide and Gubbio.The recent renovation has safeguarded the original structure, maintaining exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and the large outdoor staircase with loggia. Each room is furnished with period furniture and has a bathroom with shower and heating. The apartments have an equipped kitchenette, with double electric hotplates, microwave and refrigerator. All accommodations have flat-screen TV and free wi fi. The Loggia apartment has a large living room with wood-burning fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 quadruple bedrooms each with private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Limonaia Apartment:
Newly renovated apartment with independent access from the garden, consisting of characteristic triple loft double bedroom with exposed beams and parquet flooring, living area with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom for the disabled with shower.
Uliveto Apartment:
Apartment on two levels, loft double bedroom with exposed beams and parquet, living area on the ground floor with sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom with shower stall and direct access from the garden.
Il Noceto Apartment:
Romantic apartment recently renovated and composed of double bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower stall.
Apartment La Tamerice:
Delightful apartment on the second floor composed of large spacious double bedroom with exposed beams and terracotta floor with possibility of a third bed, equipped kitchen with sitting area sofa, private bathroom with shower stall.
Loggia Apartment:
Second floor of the manor house consisting of large living room with new kitchen complete with everything, wood-burning fireplace and sofas, two double bedrooms and two quadruple bedrooms for a total of 12 beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and television.
Common areas include a panoramic swimming pool (maximum depth reaches 1.50 meters), equipped gazebos, table under the pergola next to the brick barbecue, indoor lounges furnished with tables and comfortable sofas, and a park with children's play area. A washing machine is also available.

The area of Umbertide is rich in castles, abbeys and medieval villages set in a lush countryside
which lends itself to excursions in the great outdoors. Must-visits include the town centre with the Santa Croce museum and La Rocca, a magnificent medieval fortress, the symbol of the town and now the permanent venue for the "Contemporary Art Centre". This is me and my family, Io e mio fratello Guido siamo nati e cresciuti ad Umbertide. Nel 2014 abbiamo deciso di riorganizzare l'Azienda Agricola di famiglia. Aiutati dai nostri genitori e dai nostri rispettivi coniugi abbiamo ristrutturato le camere e gli appartamenti che adesso affittiamo nella zona delle colline intorno all'Alta Valle del Tevere, in un contesto di assoluto relax.

As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
