The farmhouse "Il Felceto" is an old farmhouse restoredrespecting the traditions of the place.

Situated on a hill at the foot of Città della Pieve, a charming village straddling Umbria and Tuscany, the Felceto farm is surrounded by woods and cultivated fields, mainly olive groves and vineyards.

Il Felceto is not far from the A1 motorway (Fabro exit), and close to the most important artistic and cultural centres of Tuscany and Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo.

The accommodation

The villa has been recently renovated with luxury finishes.

The farmhouse consists of a maxi villa with air conditioning, Wi-fi , heated pool , outdoor oven and barbecue , 3 covered loggias for dining out, table tennis, swings.

6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms two living rooms and dining areas inside, two kitchens.

In a strategic location, just 10 minutes from Chiusi station that connects Rome and Florence in an hour.
