Among olive groves and rows of elms, the farmhouse owes its name to the ancient local water source; it is quiet and nestled in the Umbrian hills overlooking the town of Gubbio.

The environment invites long walks, pleasant swims in the panoramic swimming pool and relaxation on the garden-terrace overlooking the well-known "city of stone."

Two studio apartments (Granaio and Pollaio), one two-room apartment (Fienile), and two three-room apartments (Erbaio, Stalla) are located in an old stone farmhouse, fully renovated with original materials and typical local techniques by skilled artisans, who have preserved its warm atmosphere alongside modern comforts.

Granary: is a large studio apartment on the mezzanine floor of over 30 square meters with living and sleeping areas separated by a closet.
Sleeps 2 2 with double bed and double sofa bed plus an additional raised bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. Separate entrance and toilet. Pollaio: is a large ground-floor studio apartment over 30 square meters with living and sleeping areas separated by a closet.

Erbaio: is a three-room apartment with bathroom on the ground floor, a living area, a bedroom with a double bed and one with three single beds as well as a private outdoor space. Stalla: three-room apartment located in a private location on the ground floor. Consists of three rooms: Living room/kitchen, two bedrooms with bathroom for about 60 square meters. It can accommodate up to 6 people in the two rooms and using the sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower cabin and bidet. Independent entrance and services. Large portion of garden overlooking the Gubbio plain. Dining area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette with 4-burner stove and refrigerator. A guest basket contains ingredients for an Italian breakfast (milk, coffee, sugar, cookies...). By prior arrangement, a catering service with farm or local productscan be arranged in the spacious dining room.

The context in which the farm stands can be appreciated in all seasons: from Immaculate Conception Day to January 10, one can admire the world's tallest Christmas tree while the many religious and cultural events (procession of the Dead Christ; the Corsa dei Ceri; the Palio della Balestra; the Gubbio Summer Festival; the White Truffle Exhibition Market...) follow one another.

Assisi can also be reached on foot by walking the Franciscan Trail (two-day walk). Also nearby, present are Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.
