Agriturismo Il Barco is centrally located with respect to the main art cities of Umbria and only 12 km from Assisi.
Its location allows the view of a striking panorama that sweeps over the Umbrian plain: from Spello (4 km) one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Assisi, Perugia, up to Bevagna, Montefalco and Trevi.
The farmhouse is just a 5-minute drive from the Franciscan Baths.
The property features a garden with a pool, barbecue and children's play area, and rustic accommodations with terracotta floors.
The accommodation
The renovation has preserved the old farmhouse structure with its massive oak beams, allowed the simple, rural flavor of our land to be preserved.
The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen , boastair conditioning and a private patio or terrace with table and chairs. WiFi is available free of charge.
Apartment "The Granary": From an old grain shed comes a small delight composed entirely of antique furniture, with 4 beds spread over two rooms. The apartment is naturally cool thanks to the stone walls. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Wifi is present. The living room has a lovely fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartment "Il Girasole": The taste of modern combined with the typical Umbrian tradition, with 7 beds distributed over three rooms. It has a large living room with fireplace. Activities and surrounding
The agritourism farm covers five hectares.
Many two- and four-legged friends are part of the family: dogs and many chickens that roam freely.
There are riding stables in the area and a lake for fishing.
For riding enthusiasts there is the possibility of hosting horses with which to spend unforgettable days riding along the green paths of the Subasio and the Spellane and Assisane hills.
