The agriturismo

A hilltop agriturismo in a wonderful location, near the woods and forests of the Apennines, overlooking one of Umbria’s most beautiful valleys, bordered by Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello and Montefalco.

This traditional farmhouse and hayloft have been transformed into eleven comfortable rooms with a stylish, high-end vibe.
 

Enjoy traditional Umbrian cuisine in the lounge or out on the veranda surrounded by greenery, suitable for all seasons, on the small piazza at the heart of the garden on summer evenings, or under the gazebo with views of the valley, often reserved for private use.

The accommodation

The rooms are furnished with authentic Arte Povera pieces, perfectly in keeping with the agriturismo’s culture and style, with various options available: classic room - a stylish and elegant double; superior room – a refined double; deluxe room – only one available, with balcony and scenic views; and finally the family room - two adjoining double rooms.
 

The fabulous wellness centre offers a comprehensive rejuvenation experience, as well as spectacular views from its large windows.Enjoy exclusive access (1 hour for two people), for the utmost intimacy and privacy, as you relax in the Jacuzzi or Turkish bath.In summer this becomes an open air relaxation area, with exclusive use of a small garden with loungers and umbrellas too.


The restaurant serves a rich selection of traditional Umbrian cuisine, in which tradition meets passion.Experienced chefs serve up recipes passed down by their grandmothers. Choose from à la carte or tasting menus, accompanied by fine Umbrian or Italian wine, or even a local beer.
The restaurant can also cater for specific food intolerances, special requests and for children.
 

You’ll also find a large children’s play area, and pony rides around the estate for your little ones, accompanied by the farmer.

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo is nestled in thriving Umbrian nature, and offers a whole host of things to see and do: excursions, guided tours of the farm, the freedom to investigate and find out more about working the land or tending to the livestock.

You can also enjoy the rest of Umbria’s treasures:just a stone’s throw away you’ll find beautiful towns and cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Torgiano, Gubbio, Todi and Norcia, LakeTrasimeno and other hamlets and villages, monuments and attractions, with excursions and trips available on request.
