Check-in: from 3 to 6 p.m. ( Late check-in is possible upon previous agreement with the Management and with a fee of 15 Euro)
Check-out: before 10 a.m. ( Late check-out must be agreed with managemtn in advance and will be subject to a fee to be agreed depending on the specific situation)
Accommodations Martino Frantoio for a total of 7 people, if both are available, can be rented together
The same goes for Pienello Fiscoli for a total of 8 people
Different needs can be arranged with the management according to possibilities.
Balance: at check out
Cancellations: from 30 to 15 days before arrival, penalty equal to 70% of the deposit paid; from 15 days to 8 days before arrival, penalty equal to the total of the deposit paid (in both cases, the penalty can be used as a deposit for another stay within 6 months from the date of the cancelled one); from 7 days before arrival, there is the loss of the totatel of the deposit paid.
Local Product: by the farm you can buy the extra vergin olive oli locally produced.
Services included: mosquito nets, Internet connection, TV, full kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, dishes, plates and glasses), reserved and equipped green space. Air conditioning available in apartments: Rifugio, Pienello, Granaio, Fiscoli and Piccionaia ( extra cost 7 Euro per day). Ceiling fans have been installed in all the apartments (extra cost: 5 euros per day). On request some apartments can be joined as they are communicating. Also available to guests are barbecue and table for eating outside, fruit to be picked directly (figs, peaches, apricots, plums).
