The agriturismo
Just 5 km from the historic center of Perugia, the farmhouse is located in a hilly, panoramic position overlooking the Tiber valley that uncovers nearby Assisi.
Born from the renovation of a farmhouse and its barn, the farm offers relaxation and comfort within easy reach of Umbria's main tourist and cultural centers.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of farmhouse guests, no daily admissions.
Pets: Availability is limited, to be requested at the time of booking. A maximum of two pets per week is accepted.
The accommodation
The 10 guest apartments, tastefully furnished and characterised by different colours, are all independent and comprise full kitchens, at least one bathroom, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, alarms (on the ground floor), TV, internet and gardens or balconies with tables and chairs for dining outdoors in summer.There are also barbecues available for use by guests.
From May to October guests also have access to the scenic garden with trees and gazebo, the family swimming pool and the grass volleyball court.
The personnel at the reception desk, open during the day, are happy to recommend places to visit and where to eat.
