The agriturismo
The farmhouse has been recently renovated according to the taste of local tradition and consists of a typical farmhouse of the Umbrian countryside and an ancient stone annexe . The farm is surrounded by plants and flowers and is immersed in a true oasis of peace, has a well-stocked swimming pool with care and attention, for the exclusive use of tourists and in which you can swim enjoying a relaxing holiday contemplating the surrounding panorama. At guests' disposal, by the pool, free sun loungers and umbrellas from which you can admire the valley of the Risacco ditch and Mount Peglia.
There is also a lovely playground , a recreational area where younger guests can have fun in the open air while their parents rest in the shade of secular oaks.
The accommodation
The structure consists of two apartments, both on the ground floor, called La Stalla and La Vecchia Dimora.
La stalla is equipped with an equipped kitchen that offers all comforts, a characteristic fireplace and a pellet stove, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All this is accompanied by the warmth of the wooden roof. Guests are provided with bed linen, for the colder seasons winter duvets are provided, bathroom linen is NOT provided.
La Vecchia Dimora is equipped with a large living room, equipped with a fireplace and kitchen, in which you can organize lunches and dinners for a single group, in the case of renting the entire structure. There are also two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Guests are provided with bed linen, for the colder seasons winter duvets are provided, bathroom linen is NOT provided.
The exclusive swimming pool for tourists, with salt water, is located in a panoramic position, and can be accessed via a comfortable walkway that runs along the entire southern part of the farmhouse or, alternatively, via steps that lead to the green area equipped for playground. The area adjacent to the pool is entirely paved in local stone and delimited with iron railings. Four umbrellas with deckchairs and sunbeds are available.
Tourists will be able to take advantage of a large car park and delimited access with an automatic gate.
The swimming pool is open from the third week of May and closed after the second week of September, except in adverse weather conditions
Activities and surrounding
The agricultural enterprise extends over a land of about fifteen hectares of arable land, woods, olive trees and orchards, ideal for walking and hiking on both foot and by bicycle, provided to guests free of charge. Ideal for those who want to combine relaxation, art and religion: just a few kilometers away are the most beautiful Umbrian treasures from Assisi to Gubbio, from Perugia to Todi to Lake Trasimeno .
In the immediate vicinity of the farm you can visit splendid medieval villages such as Giomici Castle and the Casacastalda Fraction and you can find all the amenities you need.
