The accommodation
The farmhouse is divided into 7 independent apartments (2-4 beds), all modern and functional, with all the home comforts you could need. The individually heated apartments each boast a kitchenette and fridge, as well as satellite TV and wifi.
Every apartment is composed by a double room and a 1 and 1/2 half squadre sofabed in the living room,
The house is surrounded by a well-maintained green space, where you’ll find a swimming pool with solarium, ideal for relaxing moments, a wood burning oven and a barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meats, a children's play area, and board games, ping pong, billiards and parking.

The Pilonico hill is located at the heart of Umbria, 30 km from Lake Trasimeno, ideally located for easy access to Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio and enchanting medieval hamlets.
