Here you can enjoy the typical but refined foods of true Umbrian tradition using old recipes and made from local natural products.
Chef Emiliano creates his dishes based on ideas from the recipes of Nonna Annetta, a sweet grandma who used to live in the farmhouse that is now home to "La Locanda dei Golosi". Nonna Annetta jealously conserved her recipes until she decided to pass them on to the very young managers, who infected her with their passion and their enthusiasm. Guests can enjoy truffle-based dishes, grilled meats, or meat cooked in the wood-fired oven, or they can just pamper themselves with the desserts, all homemade using top quality ingredients.
