Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, among wide pastures, olive groves and ancient woods is an ideal destination to regenerate the spirit and mind.

The farmhouse is located between Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia, great for spending a cultural vacation but at the same time in contact with nature away from daily stress, nearby various sports and adventure activities.

The panoramic swimming pool with heated shower is located on a natural terrace overlooking the valley below.

At guests' disposal: mountain bikes, table tennis, hammock in the pine forest, bocce court, archery range, barbecue, children's playground , checkers, chess, exhibition of old farm tools, outdoor mini gym with some gymnastic equipment, parking, guided tours of beehive and farm.

The farmhouse is at the center of a 15-hectare estate high in the hills. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery among pastures, olive groves a 3,000-meter pine forest and a path that winds through the woods for regenerating walks in the open air.

The recently renovated farmhouse, October 2020, is equipped with all the comforts and consists of 5 apartments, also equipped to accommodate the disabled, furnished with taste and sobriety, some of the furniture is original from the early 1900s finely restored
. The kitchens in the apartments are fully equipped with dishes and linens, There are oven, microode, American coffee maker, traditional oven, refrigerator and or fridge freezer, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, satellite TV, wi fi, cell phone on request, communal laundry, independent heating.

Each apartment has in exclusive use a table in the garden some have an outdoor veranda.
