The agriturismo

The inn is located at an altitude of 400 m in the middle of olive groves: the building dates back to the 12th century and enjoys a breathtaking view that reaches the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. An excellent organic extra virgin olive oil is produced. The old stable has been completely renovated and now serves as breakfast room and dining room: the kitchen offered is typical Italian. There is a multipurpose hall of 150 square meters where you can hold conferences, meditation courses, yoga, ceremonies.

The accommodation

The Locanda dell'Angelo has single, double, triple, quadruple rooms, one with disabled accessible services, very comfortable with four-poster beds and private bathroom with shower. There is also a nice two-room apartment with kitchenette.

Activities and surrounding

Among the services for guests also TV room, shop, entertainment for groups (on request), swimming pool, church of 1333 for celebrations. The farm is only 5 km from the historical centre of Assisi and with limited movements you can reach Perugia, Spello with the Franciscan thermal baths, Bevagna, Montefalco, the Marmore waterfall, the astronomical observatory of Porziano. Less than an hour by car there are Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio, Spoleto and Lake Trasimeno. Many events are held throughout the year including markets and Umbria Jazz.
