By now we know: it happens roughly two or three times a year (fortunately few) that we host someone who blatantly makes a mistake in choosing a place for their vacation. It's a calculated prediction, and we know that sooner or later comes the day of response to a negative review.

Let's start with the headline, "Shameful!" signed SJ; the gentleman did not even have the courage to include his own name, a modern classic. Already we could stop there. Yes because to call a context such as ours "Shameful" is to have no idea what effort is behind, for example, to see a melon born and grow. The gentleman's melon had been harvested 8h before it was served at the table. I find it inconceivable that there are people who do not value such things, don't you? Ham and chicken breast are of our own production: animals treated with as much dignity as possible, left free to run, fly and eat in wide open spaces, fed natural foods.

Baby menu always available but never requested by the gentleman, as well as special dinners (never anyone called them gourmet, we are not that kind of restaurant). Dirty and poorly maintained environment + apartments with dilapidated bathrooms: this is where the fair of "lumping everything together" begins since the gentleman only stayed in one apartment and I don't know how he could see that the bathrooms (plural) were dilapidated.

But the pearl is the ending: dirty pool full of wasps (that is, dirty because it is full of wasps). So what should we do, exterminate them all so as to make the environment aseptic?
