The agriturismo
The agriturismo, an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature, is nestled in an unspoilt environment and surrounded by an age-old olive grove.
The accommodation
The agriturismo has three apartments equipped with every comfort, furnished with antique furniture and housed in stone cottages from the mid-19th century which have recently been renovated.
Il Mandorlo: one double bedroom, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, independent heating.
L'Olivo: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room, independent heating.
La Ginestra: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, three bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, independent heating.
Outside there is a swimming pool, a very large garden that has been completely fenced-off (no danger for children), mountain bikes, areas with exercise equipment, car parking and a panoramic terrace with umbrellas, chairs, tables and barbecue.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is located in a strategic position for reaching Umbria’s main attractions (Perugia and Assisi can be reached in 15 minutes by car) and discovering the nature of places like the Sibillini National Park and the Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls. Rome and Florence are an hour and a half’s drive away, while Siena is an hour away.
In addition to its artistic qualities, Perugia offers events such as Umbria Jazz (July) and Eurochocolate (October), the annual festival dedicated to the culture of chocolate.
The farm produces extra virgin olive oil that can be purchased by agriturismo guests.
