The agriturismo

In the middle of the Franciscan path that joins Gubbio to Assisi, located about 650 m above sea level and about 700 m from the charming village of Casacastalda, the farmhouse offers a breathtaking view and the opportunity to visit the most beautiful Umbrian towns, easily reachable by car.

An oasis of peace and tranquillity immersed in the Umbrian countryside, inside a splendid farm which includes, among other activities, a breeding of Dutch Friesian cows, from whose milk we produce fresh and seasoned cheeses in the name of taste and genuineness.

The accommodation

The Villa on the ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, hob and electric oven, 3 bedrooms for a total capacity of 6/8 people, 2 bathrooms available, one with Jacuzzi. For the guests of the Villa, a large luminous porch, independent garden with the possibility to use the external wood-burning oven. The terrace opposite the porch of the Villa, directly overlooks the beautiful valley that discovers the medieval town of Gubbio and the natural park of Monte Cucco.

It also has two apartments, Tramonto and Alba, each for 4 guests.

The whole structure allows those who use it to enjoy total relaxation, surrounded by nature and away from the daily hustle and bustle. The panoramic swimming pool 7x14 m, and the tennis court are ideal for those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to physical activity and sport.

The pride of the farm is our stable of 40 Dutch Friesian cows, which produce delicious and fresh milk.

Since 2016, with the milk of our beautiful cows we produce in our laboratory / dairy craft: milk, yogurt, kefir, ricotta, stracchino, caciotta and more, all in the name of taste and authenticity.

Activities and surrounding

In addition to the large panoramic swimming pool, sunbeds and deckchairs, the agriturismo also has a regulation tennis court with synthetic grass. For sporty people there are biking, trekking and jogging trails and a riding school 5 km away.

The Villa is about 700 m from the charming village of Casacastalda (PG) of 800 inhabitants, where you can find every kind of grocery store, pharmacy, bank and bakery,

It is strategically located about 25 km from Perugia, Assissi and Gubbio, the most beautiful medieval towns in Umbria.
