The agriturismo

Surrounded by olive groves, oak woods and broom bushes, this small farmhouse, which stands in the hills just 10 kilometers from Assisi and on the borders of the Monte Subasio Natural Park, was born from the passion of the owners, Livia and Enzo, for the land where they were born and raised and for good local food, made of simple, genuine products.

Available to guests of the agriturismo, breakfast with typical products.

It will be possible to buy focaccia and/or torta al testo (stuffed in different ways) to eat in the garden or in the apartment. It is also possible to buy typical local products, such as oil, wine, honey, legumes and cereals.

The accommodation

About 600m above sea level, the family-run farmhouse is a typical local stone farmhouse, expertly renovated, which has apartments and rooms furnished by blending poor Umbrian art and modernity.

The accommodations have independent entrances, are bright and have a large green space, wood-burning fireplace, TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar and/or kitchen, hair dryer, safe (in some accommodations).

Available to all, a laundry area and a swimming pool with panoramic views of the countryside and surrounded by a large furnished garden , with wooden veranda and barbecue nearby.

In a secluded location is aplay area for children.

The property's restaurant is available for breakfasts only.

For large groups it is possible to rent the entire facility, which has 4 apartments, swimming pool, a large common room (up to 50 seats) and a professional kitchen. At guests' disposal are barbecue grills, table tennis, table soccer, children's play area, outdoor veranda (60 seats), parking and free Wi-Fi.

The entire farmhouse is ideal for those who want to organize events independently such as family reunions or small ceremonies. In addition, the owners are always available to provide advice, including about the area, to clients.

Activities and surrounding

Surrounded by no less than 12 acres of its own land, the agriturismo stands in the Umbrian countryside, on the edge of the Subasio Natural Park, about 10km from the historic center of Assisi.

In less than an hour's drive you can also reach Spello, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto and Orvieto, as well as places of naturalistic interest such as Lake Trasimeno.

Thanks to a partnership with the "Spa Nun Museum" wellness center in Assisi, just a 10-minute drive away you can enjoy relaxing treatments at great prices.
