The agriturismo

Exclusive Villa , with a total of 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.Strategically located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, it offers an immense furnished garden, swimming pool, outdoor games for children, ping pong table, bicycles and barbeque.Ideal for gathering with family or with friends and colleagues!

The Villa has Wifii et a guest laundry and is only 3 km from the village with its bars, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy

Possibility of renting also the common room with adjoining kitchen , to share in conviviality lunches and dinners.
Otherwise we offer a breakfast service with genuine products processed by us.

In case the Villa is reserved for a wedding, an extra charge will be applied for hosting the event

The accommodation

The farmhouse is divided into six apartments for a total of 24 beds.

All the apartments are finely furnished and cared for in every detail. They have beamed ceilings (second floor) and terracotta floors.
They also boast an excellent location that allows you to enjoy a splendid view of the valley below.

Each is equipped with every comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay: hair dryer, oven, dishwasher ( except the GRANO apartment), satellite t.v, mosquito nets on the windows and Internet connection.

There are apartments with one, two or three rooms, all with functional kitchen and independent entrance. Outside, the farmhouse has a large garden with a splendid view, furnished with tables, chairs , deck chairs and umbrellas for unforgettable outdoor dinners.

Outdoor parking for the use of guests only. Washing machine and iron available.

Just above the cottage is the swimming pool with heated shower and wooden gazebo.

The property also has a room reserved for breakfast, with a small library about places and events in the area and an Internet point equipped with a computer.

For children we have reserved an area with a slide, swing and other games.

Amazing
We stayed for two nights. Very spacious apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is fabulous, as is the breakfast! The kindness of the owner completes the perfect stay! I highly recommend staying even if only for a weekend!
