On the slopes of the Martani Mountains at 750 m above sea level, in unspoiled nature, ideal for lovers of tranquility, the farmhouse offers large green spaces and equipped relaxation areas.

The accommodation
The farmhouse has 2 standard rooms on the ground floor, 2 superior rooms on the second floor, an annex and 2 apartments. The accommodations have independent entrance, bathroom, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator.
The restaurant room is used for breakfast and as an entertainment room; inside, information material, books and collective games.
In summer, a saltwater swimming pool with whirlpool is available.
The property is about 13 ha and was inherited by the family, from generations of peasant origins, a multifunctional farm dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees, pasture care, forestry, vegetable and fruit production, thebreeding of chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, ducks, rabbits, pigeons, sheep, goats, cows, calves, pigs, horses and ponies; they also produce extra virgin olive oil, jams, pickles, cold cuts without added nitrates, cheeses, eggs and pork, beef sheep and poultry meat.
Some of these products are sold at weekly 0-kilometer markets and sold to guests at the farm store.
Ideal for those who love the greenery of nature the birdsong the silence, not recommended for those who are afraid of insects.
Activities and surrounding
There are numerous activities on offer: cookery courses, horse riding, hiking and interesting experiences with the animals in the educational farm.
Places to visit include religious sites, cities and natural parks in the surrounding area: Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Assisi, Perugia, the Valnerina, the Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls, Orvieto and Todi, to name just a few.
