The agriturismo

The farmhouse is developed in a beautiful manor house with attention to the smallest details, located on top of a hill (500 m c.a.), in the small medieval village of Collazzone. From the structure it is also possible to catch a glimpse of Umbria: from Perugia to Todi, reachable together with Assisi, in a short time.

The farmhouse offers accommodation in apartments and rooms and has a swimming pool for guests.

The accommodation

The farmhouse, with a few accommodations, offers the possibility of staying in apartments or rooms. Everything is furnished simply, elegantly and with attention to detail, so as to make the environment warm and welcoming.

The accommodations are all equipped with private bathrooms with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, independent heating, and TV. The apartments (from 90 sqm to 130 sqm) are spacious and comfortable, each has a private entrance, private porch or terrace, fireplace and everything you need to be able to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

The accommodations are composed as follows:

- Bellavista: is located on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and porch.

- Belmonte: located on the first floor, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, porch and terrace.

- Belvedere: on the second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, living room.

The farmhouse is surrounded by green hills and a garden with aswimming pool from which you can admire a beautiful view of the valley.

Activities and surrounding

The property is 1.5 km from the medieval village of Collazzone and only 7 km from the highway. The farmhouse is located in a strategic and easily accessible position. From the property you can leave to visit the main centers of Umbria in fact it is located 20 km from Todi, 60 km from Lake Trasimeno, 30 km from Perugia, 40 km from Assisi, 22 km from Montefalco, 150 km from Rome.

Inside the property is available to guests: a swimming pool, open from May to September, a large barbecue and bowling green. In the vicinity you can reach tennis courts, 2 restaurants, several food stores, a riding school, the Sun Park and it is possible to sport fishing.
