The farmhouse Un Petit Paradis is located just 13 km from the historic center of Perugia. Surrounded by greenery, it overlooks theBaldani Hill on the village of Castiglione della Valle, is a place where you can disconnect and enter into an oasis of peace!
Ideal for families, couples, for those traveling with dogs or even for those traveling for work.
Available for guests tablet to organize the stages of the week's visit, excursions or let yourself be advised by the staff and be able to experience unique emotions on horseback in the meadows, taste wines from local wineries, visit medieval towns and much more!
Guests can enjoy a small private spa with infrared sauna and Jacuzzi.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has modern apartments and rooms with all amenities, freeWiFi and free private parking.
Dependance: Ideal for families or for those traveling with dogs. The unit has a large room, equipped kitchen , private veranda at the entrance, bathroom with shower, bidet and towels. You can also use the barbecue to roast food on the embers and use deckchairs and garden chairs to read a book in peace or just relax.
Romantic Flat: Ideal for couples. The unit consists of a room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bidet and towels. The rooms are bright, cozy and well furnished: double bed, extra bed, closet, table, chairs, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, heating, free wi-fi. A large veranda offers a fantastic view of the old village of Castiglione della Valle and stretching your gaze you can see Perugia. You can enjoy the view sitting in one of the armchairs located at the entrance in the relaxation area, or lying in a comfortable hammock, perhaps drinking a glass of wine.
Business Room: The rooms are located on the first floor with a private bathroom and breakfast room. They have a flat screen TV, armchairs, window with view, luggage rack and access to the private bathroom with shower, bidet and towels.
Breakfast is served every morning in the reserved breakfast room,without time constraints, in complete freedom.
At the entrance of the structure you can enjoy the terrace(common space) with its relaxation area consisting of armchairs, tables where you can relax and drink good wine in glasses offered by the structure.

The farmhouse is located in a strategic position, in the center of Umbria 14 km from Perugia, surrounded by paths and villages to visit.
