Wonderful agriturismo immersed in a natural park a few minutes from Assisi and Spello, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The structure is housed in a beautiful stone farmhouse of the fifteenth century, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts. There are 2 Deluxe rooms, 2 mini-apartments with kitchen and 1 suite with beautiful views of Assisi. All rooms and apartments are equipped with beds with extra comfort mattresses and linen in pure Egyptian cotton (some with a romantic four-poster bed), private bathroom with designer furniture (some with Jacuzzi), flat-screen TV, coffee corner with Nespresso coffee machine and free selection of tea and coffee.
The accommodation
Beautiful XV century stone farmhouse immersed in a natural park, at a few km from Assisi and Spello, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. All the rooms are completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
The resort offers 2 Deluxe rooms, 2 min-apartments with kitchen and 1 suite with a breathtaking view of Assisi.
All rooms and apartments are equipped with extra comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton linen (some rooms have a romantic four poster bed), en-suite bathroom (some with Jacuzzi bath tub), a flat-screen Tv, a coffee with Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary selection of tea and coffee.
In addition, the villa offers s a large garden with barbecue and picnic area, outdoor tables to enjoy a glass of wine outdoors or for al-fresco dining, lounge with Board games and books, wine-tasting room, botanical trails, table tennis, archery, bike rental and much more.
The farm includes a small wine cellar specialized in sweet wines (including the very rare Vernaccia di Cannara) and produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil mono-cultivar moraiolo and a variety of fresh fruits.

Our host was very helpful. A great location for visits to Assisi and other surrounding sites. Recommend Il Rientro restaurant i the hilltop village above Colle di Rocco. Interesting birdlife: nightjars & orioles.
