The final cleaning service has a cost of € 30,00, in the presence of dogs € 4,00 per day will be added for each animal, min. € 30,00, max € 70,00.
Methane for heating, when used, will be charged at a cost of € 1.40/cubic metre.
The extra bed, when possible, has a cost of € 20,00 - 30,00 per night, depending on the season.
Air conditioning can be activated on request, at a cost of € 8.00 per night.
SPA equipped with mini-pool with hydromassage and never ending swimming, sauna, Turkish bath, tea corner. Available all year round, for the exclusive use of the guests of each flat and by reservation only. Entrance fees of € 10.00 per person/hour.
Produce from a small vegetable garden, a few bicycles, deckchairs, charcoal-free BBQ and contacts with local trattorias are available free of charge. Info inside the flats, or ask the owners.
By reservation only, we will be happy to prepare dinners for you with typical products or pizza, all prepared at home and accompanied by local wine or craft beer.
