The agriturismo
In the heart of central Italy, the farm comprises about eighty hectares of land partly covered by woods and partly used for organic farming. The clay soil that characterizes these places has given rise to an extremely picturesque landscape, characterized by strong color contrasts, which is unmatched throughout the region.
The farm offers a holiday of relaxation and culture: the main cities of art are reachable in no more than an hour by car.
The accommodation
The ancient stone farmhouse has been renovated and furnished, respecting the taste and local tradition, without neglecting the comforts of a modern residence.
The farm includes about eighty hectares of land covered in part by woods and partly converted to organic farming. The clay soil that characterizes these places has created an extremely suggestive landscape, characterized by strong color contrasts, that has no comparison in the whole region.
In the heart of central Italy with no more than 1 hour drive you can reach the most beautiful art cities.
Facilities: 2 independent apartments. Both have a surface area of ??about 100 square meters and can accommodate, respectively, up to 5 and 7 people. Terracotta floors, exposed beams, brick arches and fireplace characterize the apartments; Everything is decorated in a simple, typical Umbrian style, but keeping constant attention to the comfort of the guests. Both apartments have an outdoor area with table and chairs for dining out or just relax while enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding countryside.
Guests can enjoy the large private swimming pool (6x12 m) adjacent to the farmhouse and green of the olive.
The company's vegetable garden is enough to produce different varieties of vegetables while the 130 olive trees allow to obtain a high-quality oil.
Dogs and cats are welcome as long as they do not cause damage and / or disturb other guests.
