The farm is also organic certification farm, is divided into three buildings that preserve the historical peculiarities, surrounded by more than 20 hectares of forest, olive groves and vineyards, pasture for horses in a semi-wild state.

The farmhouse has 21 beds in 2 ancient buildings, on the hills that lap Tuscany at 311 asl, between Monteleone d´Orvieto and Città della Pieve, a few kilometers from Cetona, San Casciano de Bagni, Orvieto, the wildlife oasis of Alviano and Montepulciano and the Etruscan Chiusi.

The ozone sterilized swimming pool will be usable under the banner of exclusivity and privacy as if it were private .

Colonica has 10 beds in 3 apartments.
For thesummer of 2023 the Colonica house will also be available to accommodate a family or a homogeneous mixed group to ensure greater privacy and avoid induced promiscuity and for this reason the Bertesca apartment is not available for guests.

Barbacane is an accommodation for 4( 1) persons i. Very spacious both inside and outside. There are two comfortable rooms upstairs with old wooden floors and have pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. The owners have restored some old Umbrian-style furniture as well as the wooden furnishings. A kitchen, a bathroom and an adjoining room are on the ground floor. Under the outdoor pergola you can dine outside and enjoy the tranquility of the place

Torre Colombara is an accommodation for 2( 1) people. There are two comfortable rooms upstairs with old wooden floors and have pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. A kitchen, a bathroom and an adjoining room are on the ground floor.In both apartments, in front of the kitchen, under the outdoor pergola, you can dine outside and enjoy the tranquility of the place

Vecchia Posta has 11 beds in 3 apartments .

In thesummer of 2023, the Vecchia Posta house will also be available to accommodate a family or a homogeneous mixed group to provide more privacy and avoid induced promiscuity.

Details of the apartments:
Torre de Mezzodì is 75 square meters, 5( 1) beds and consists of a large dining room with a large fireplace that crosses the open gallery on the upper floor and continues up to the wooden and terracotta roof. A large checkroom leads to the bathroom, also with a fireplace. Two staircases lead up to the gallery and two bedrooms, both with views of the landscape . Near the entrance a large terrace for outdoor living.

Torre de Ponente is 65 sq m, sleeps 4, has the rooms higher up in the same building, overlooking Monteleone d´ Orvieto A large kitchen, which used to be the large stable, is connected to the west entrance and the staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom. From the kitchen you exit to the garden where there is a terrace for outdoor living.

Murata de Archi is sq. m. 40, 2( 1) beds, is a very romantic, practical spacious and functional accommodation, is placed above the gallery de Archi Rampanti It is distributed in one floor, with kitchen entrance, a large bathroom facing the dawn, as well as the bedroom, connected to the living room by a room for relaxation. Immediately outside is a terrace for cooling off on summer evenings or for outdoor living.

For the summer 2023 catering and breakfast and dinner service will be guaranteed by the tranquility, serenity, friendly service
Excellent breakfasts and customized menus , often accompanied by indications on nutrition as needed, but especially with tasty exceptions.

In the riding stables not far from the buildings are held monthly meetings for the recovery of equestrian culture in a relationship of communication with the horse, peculiarities of classical horsemanship.
