The agriturismo
Nineteenth century farmhouse of 300 m2 set in the vineyards of an old winery, in the area of Narni.
Surrounded by a 5,000 m2 garden, with hundreds of old roses, mixed border plants and a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has two floors. The ground floor is home to a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace which can be used for cooking. The sitting room has been created from an old stable, with its original arch: it has sofas and armchairs and a dining table to seat 12. A closed, furnished veranda, with a view of the garden, is ideal for children?s games.
A twin bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor, perfect for elderly people or those who prefer not to climb stairs. There is also a communal room with sink for washing laundry and a washing machine.
The first floor offers a double bedroom with bathroom and tub, a second double bedroom with an old stove, and a twin room with double bed on the mezzanine floor. The wooden floors and wooden beamed ceiling give the rooms a warm inviting atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with sanitary ware and shower.
Guests can dine outdoors at the table beneath the pergola in the garden, where there is also a swing, slide, a castle for climbing, a table tennis table and a hammock.
Activities and surrounding
In the morning, the gardener brings fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the hen house. There are wine tastings in the winery and guided tours of the farm. A cook can be hired to prepare traditional Umbrian meals, and the agriturismo offers training sessions with exercises for adults and children on mini Bellicon trampolines, introductory lessons in meditation and mantra, as well as guided tours of the archeological area of Ocriculum and ababysitting service.
Guests can have their shopping delivered on the day of check-in by sending the shopping list at least 2 days before arrival and by requesting the service upon booking.
