Charming agritourism complex consisting of two large farmhouses and other ancient rural buildings.
It has four apartments, a wellness centre, a panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, a reception, a company sales point, a stable, a large garden and porticoes with views of the enchanting Umbrian hills.
Every original detail has been re-proposed to remain faithful to the local Umbrian rural architecture: the roofs and floors are in chestnut beams and handmade terracotta of Castelviscardo, the kitchens are in masonry and the bathrooms are decorated with mosaics and porcelain stoneware.
The heart of the farm is the Casale delle Contrade, which houses the apartments Fiamme, Croce and Drago.
Opposite is another building on two levels: the Castello apartment.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is a recently opened charming country resort. Made up by two large farmhouses and other ancient rural buildings, it offers four apartments, wellness center, panoramic pool with whirlpool and chromo therapy, reception, in-house shop, horse stable, big garden and arcades with view on the enchanting hills of Umbria.
Our luxury apartments are at the forefront in terms of technical and structural features, equipped with home automation, solar panels, central heating and air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
The traditional rural architecture of the buildings has been preserved, reviving every original detail: the roofs tiled on Castelviscardo terracotta and chestnut beams, wooden window frames, the built-in kitchens and antique furnishings. The kitchens and bathrooms are made of stone covered in mosaic and porcelain tiles.
The apartments are tastefully furnished, some with antiques and other with objects of design and are inspired on the districts of Calvi: mediaeval village of south Umbria, well known for its natural beauty and important historical sites.
The heart of the resort is Farmhouse of Contrade, where three apartments are located: upstairs ?Flaims? and ?Cross? houses and downstairs the ?Dragon? house. Opposite, in another small, cozy building on two floors, there is the Castle house. Every apartment has a private terrace or a veranda where to dine on the open air while enjoying the breathtaking view on the treasures of nature that surround the property.
At the guests? disposal there are a wellness center, an outdoor pool with chromo therapy and whirlpool fully equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, the old oven building with its arcade, the large equipped garden, the educational farm with our cashmere goats and paths across the fields and the wood, a stable to accommodate your horses.
