The farmhouse is located near the state road connecting Orvieto and Todi, from which it is separated by a short private driveway and a small forest in front of the garden. The farmhouse is indicated by a sign near the driveway, but for check-ins made at the scheduled times (between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm) we will arrange to meet you in front of Prodo Castle, a short distance away, to facilitate your arrival.
Check-in is scheduled from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm. We will arrange to meet you in front of Prodo Castle at the time you indicate, and then drive you to the farmhouse.
At check-in, we will ask guests for a photo ID, and payment of the tourist tax, the daily amount of which is € 2.20 per person for the first 5 nights of stay.
For check-ins after the indicated time, we will provide all necessary directions for self check-in.
At the end of your stay, check out is by 11:00 a.m. if other guests are scheduled to arrive within the same day. Otherwise, you can check out more leisurely by 2:00 pm.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained at the time of your reservation.
