Completely restored old house from the 1700s, which preserves its history and original finishes intact. Located at 600 meters, halfway between Cortina and Venice, it offers a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Dolomites.

It is very close to places of great historical, scenic and natural interest, while at the same time being isolated and surrounded by greenery in the peace of total silence. Here one can enjoy absolute privacy, with much of the structure for the couple's exclusive use.

The farm includes more than 15 hectares of stable woods and meadows, an ancient orchard and various crops of small fruits that are then processed into jams. Fresh seasonal fruits and jams will be an integral part of the rich breakfast buffet.

Within the large park with orchards stands an old farmhouse from the late 1700s of nearly 850 square meters, which has been completely renovated. Part of this old mansion is dedicated to hospitality.

In order to accommodate guests who love privacy, silence and confidentiality, only one room of about 35 sq. m. with a terrace/solarium of 40 sq. m. is currently rented. From the bedroom you can enjoy an 'enchanting and wide view of the Dolomites and in particular of the whole Schiara area and the Gusela del Vescovà.

The rooms feature antique larch floors and ceilings dating back to the 1700s, with chandeliers and furniture that tell the story of the Belluno villas. Guests, while enjoying all the modern comforts, such as a whirlpool bath, chromotherapy, Wi-Fi, mini bar and TV, can experience the unique atmosphere of a dwelling that retains the charm and scent of centuries of history.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a room completely finished in stone and precious ceilings, with a large fireplace that is always lit. Breakfast consists of a rich buffet both sweet and savory, fragrant cakes, muffins and cookies made by hand with eggs from the chicken coop and homemade fruit and jams.

Outside, for the exclusive use of guests, there are sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrella, chairs and tables. Possibility of long walks in the meadows and woods, forest bathing and access to the creek all while remaining within the property's grounds.

Inside the farmhouse, it is possible to experience the daily agricultural day-to-day depending on the season. From being able to see the planting of the vegetable garden, the transplanting and care of the small fruits, the pruning of the old apple trees, pear trees and the countless other varieties, to the hand-picking of each type of fruit and the opportunity to taste it at the correct ripeness.

The owner is available for any questions or curiosity about organic growing techniques and the use of fruit and flowers in cooking. The farm offers a view on a small farm consisting of a very affectionate mare and many chickens and ducks. Possibility to cuddle all the cats that guard the house.

At the top of the hill, in a panoramic position and immersed in the woods, there is a small greenhouse converted into an outdoor lounge for relaxation and meditation. In this place with a breathtaking view you will have the opportunity to read a book in the armchair or doze in the large to cozy rocking chair benefiting simultaneously from the forest bath; enjoying all the beneficial effects on the body and mind that the essential oils emanating from the plants transmit to us.

Staying in the more than 15 hectares of the property park, guests can enjoy exclusively walks in the meadows and woods discovering native plants and flowers, discovering the absolute silence in every corner of the surrounding meadows and woods. Our love for this pristine place and the resulting well-being has brought us closer to the knowledge of Forest Bathing and its benefits; such as: decreasing stress, regulating blood pressure, boosting the immune system, increasing serotoin for good mood and tranquility, reducing oxidative stress in the body, cognitive and attention benefits. The practice of Forest Bathing involves experiencing the forest using all the senses in order to recreate a connection with the natural environment and with oneself. During this experience you can also walk the paths leading to the creek with the possibility of sitting on the large rocks along the edge and soaking your feet in the running water, or walk the entire length of the creek with a short walk.

A few kilometers away there are places of special scenic and natural interest such as Bognon waterfall, Brent de L'Art canyon, bike tours to nearby peaks and views of Revine lakes, canyoning in Valmaor, Zummelle Castle, Grotta Azzurra, Olt de Val D'arc. art cities with churches and museums near Feltre and Belluno. The farm is located 80 km from Cortina, 110 km from Venice.
