In case of technical problems encountered in the apartment during the stay (bathroom, refrigerator) we appreciate when the guest communicate them to the staff during the stay, we would have tried to find a solution immediately.
We are sorry for the noise caused by the other guests, we could have mentioned it to them in order to find a way in the middle.

Regarding tourist information, the staff sent you an email on July the 28th, before your arrival, with a link where you can find information about the property and the surrounding areas, including recommended restaurants and shops.
