The agriturismo
A few minutes from the thermal basin of Abano and Montegrotto , this accommodation is the ideal destination for relaxing holidays.
Opened in January 2012, the estate is located at the foot of the homonymous hill, Monterosso. Far from the noise of the city but at the same time not far from the most important urban centers of the area, the estate is an excellent starting point for excursions throughout the Veneto region and in major cities such as Venice, Verona, Padua.
The accommodation
Erected in an agricultural area mainly used for the production of grapes, the farmhouse has a large garden, in which there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, and a large parking area reserved for customers.
Built according to the ancient canons of construction of the Barchesse, the estate has 2 floors: on the ground floor there are the hall, the breakfast room and a large room used for events of all kinds (even the bathrooms are tastefully decorated); in addition, there are 2 rooms equipped to accommodate people with disabilities.
On the first floor there are 9 rooms and 2 apartments all with independent bathroom. Some rooms are arranged on 2 floors thanks to a loft and can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. The 2 apartments (up to 6 people), also arranged on 2 floors, consist of 2 bedrooms, large kitchen area and bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Outside the structure there are 2 large terraces and a porch where you can spend your time in peace.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is immersed in the green of the Euganean Hills Park , a good starting point for lovers of natural landscapes and outdoor walks. Here there are many paths that allow you to immerse yourself in the surrounding woods, both on foot and by bicycle.
A few minutes from the farmhouse there are the thermal basin of Abano and Montegrotto, rich in spas, and numerous tennis courts and golf courses. Among the latter, the closest is the Montecchia Golf Club, developed over 27 holes and embellished by numerous ponds and uncultivated areas.
The position of the farmhouse in the centre of Veneto also allows you to reach the most important art cities of Veneto in a short time, such as Venice (40 km), Padua (10 km), Vicenza ( 25 km), Verona (80 km) and the smaller towns , but no less rich in art, such as Cittadella, Bassano del Grappa, Este, Monselice and Arquà Petrarca, all reachable in a short time.
