Ancient estate, located in the heart of the Po Delta, offers accommodation in apartments and rooms in rustic recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. It has a garden with outdoor swimming pool and solarium.

The accommodation
The farmhouse is composed of 3 renovated buildings, in which 4 apartments of various sizes have been obtained, consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartments are furnished with antique furniture and equipped with TV, air conditioning and heating, kitchen appliances, washing machine and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi service.
In the rustic manor house there are 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and a large living room where you can have breakfast.
This arrangement can accommodate large groups or families. A single house of 120 square meters consisting of kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has been provided with facilities for the disabled.
The garden is equipped with wooden and aluminium furniture, swimming pool, solarium and barbecue.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse offers many activities in all months of the year. The summer season allows you to use the swimming pool and the open spaces where you can go for walks or bike rides on the banks of the Po and along the country paths. The farm provides its guests with bicycles and all the information they need to practice other slow sports. The autumn and winter months are ideal for birdwatching thanks to the passage of migratory birds. Moreover, in the structure you can buy thefarm products.
In the village you can visit the millenary church of San Basilio, older sister of the famous Pomposa Abbey, a multipurpose room with the finds of the archaeological site and a small museum of rural civilization.
Along the Po Delta there are many itineraries and in some places it is possible to bathe at the wild beaches of its mouth, or at the equipped beaches of Rosapineta and the Lidi Ferraresi.
Less than an hour, or a little more, from the holiday farm are the great art cities of Venice, Ravenna, Ferrara and Padua.
