All prices quoted refer to the stay of adults and children over the age of 10. Please ask for a dedicated quote if there are also children.
BABY COT/CARRY CRIB: 20,00 euro per stay.
BUFFET BREAKFAST: For those staying in a room breakfast is included in the price, for those staying in a flat there is the possibility to have a buffet breakfast at a price of 10,00 euro per person per day. You can also decide this on arrival.
EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE: 20.00 euro;
PARKING: Parking is free of charge, uncovered and covered, within the building's courtyard. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

We have no restaurant service, but in any case our staff is available to suggest the best places in the area where you can have lunch or dinner.
CHECK-IN: It is possible from 11.30 a.m. and then flexible for the rest of the day. If you need to arrive earlier, arrangements can be made according to the availability of the rooms and flats.
CHECK-OUT: Rooms and flats must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Otherwise it is possible to agree with the staff on a different departure time according to availability. If this is possible, late check-out from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. is charged at 50% of the rate without breakfast, from 3 p.m. onwards at 100% of the room or flat rate without breakfast.
CONFIRMATION OF THE STAY: In order to confirm the reservation we require a fee equal to the amount of the first night's stay, to be paid by bank transfer. You will be sent the bank details by e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Up to 5 days before the check-in date, cancellation is free of charge. The sum paid to confirm the booking will then be refunded net of handling charges (5.00 euro). It will be necessary, in case of cancellation, to communicate the bank details by e-mail to our address in order to proceed with the refund. After this date, in the event of cancellation, the amount paid, i.e. the total amount of the first night's stay, will be retained. In case of cancellation on non-refundable bookings, no amount will be refunded.
For the day of arrival we ask you, if possible, to give us a time of arrival or to contact us 15/20 minutes before your arrival at the farmhouse. In this way we will be at the facility on your arrival to welcome you and take care of all the paperwork for check-in and key handover. You can call or write to us (also via Whatsapp or Telegram).
In order to communicate better: Silvia also speaks English, German and French. Valli, on the other hand, only speaks Italian.
