The agriturismo

Situated in Gruaro, in the province of Venice, set in the old manor house dating back to the mid 18th century, along river Lemene oxbow, the agriturismo is ideal for stays surrounded by nature and offers fresh, authentic produce served with taste and imagination.

Meat, vegetables and cold meat are produced directly on the farm.

The accommodation

The old 18th-century manor house and the properties once used as barns, porticoed rural outbuildings (barchessa) and stables have been converted into apartments and rooms. A panoramic lift is used to reach the rooms in the central outbuilding.

 

All the rooms, designed to meet the needs of disabled guests, are air conditioned and have ceilings with exposed beams and parquet. Each room is equipped with an electric kettle and a generous basket of food for breakfast.

 

In the garden, there is a large swimming pool for guests with sun loungers and a heated shower. At the weekends, guests can dine in the restaurant.

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo is located near Gruaro, a town that can be reached by car in 5 minutes and where guests can find all amenities: a pharmacy, food shops and a post office. Guests can use bicycles to discover the cycle tourism route knows as Le Vie del Pane, which winds through the ancient water mills in the park area. A handy dock is home to canoes wanting to head up the river Lemene.

Within a radius of 8-30 km, it is possible to reach Portogruaro, the city of Concordia Sagittaria, the 12th century Benedictine Abbey in Sesto Al Reghena and the seaside town of Caorle with its valleys and pristine lagoons.
