The MarZanino farmhouse is close to the beaches of Caorle and Eraclea and is located between the Piave and Livenza rivers. Venice and its lagoon are within easy reach.
The proximity of the Brian canal makes the location suitable for fishing lovers and the fact that the property is located in a "refuge area" allows the observation of a variety of animals: fox, badger, buzzard, herons etc.
The early 20th century farmhouse is part of a group farms of a hundred hectares located in the municipality of Torre di Mosto.
The farmhouse offers accommodation in 4 rooms with larch floors and exposed beams:
- the Red Room is a double room with a 3-square bed with box spring and wool mattress
- the Green Room is a beautiful double room
- the Blue Room is a twin bedded room also equipped with a dressing table
- the Yellow Room is a twin bedded room.
Available to guests are 2 beautiful and spacious bathrooms in the facility.
Of particular note is the "vecia cusina" equipped with larin (characteristic stone hearth) with attached "secier" (bucket) also made of stone. Breakfasts are served in this room on fratini tables. Products from the garden are, upon request, available for guests.
The farm does not offer catering, but there are excellent restaurants in the vicinity, which the manager will be happy to point out.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden where barbecue facilities are available.
The surrounding countryside is partly organic and interspersed with groves; it can be explored on foot or by bicycle by taking advantage of the farm roads.
The farmhouse is located near the beaches of Caorle, Eraclea and Jesolo and the perilagunari areas of Cavallino and Treporti.
