The accommodation

An old farmhouse has been converted into 5 spacious apartments for rural hospitality sleeping 2 to 5 people, furnished with care and comfort, with a well-equipped kitchen. They all have a reserved outdoor space with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large fenced garden and equipped with a swimming pool (1/05-30/09), barbeque, parking, table tennis and children's games.

Santa Barbara 1(for 4 -5 persons): an apartment of about 85 square meters that is located on the ground floor and faces directly into the garden. It consists of two bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a living room, a large kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are pleasant views of the garden and countryside from the windows.

Santa Barbara 2(for 2 persons): apartment made on the second floor from the former barn that has been completely renovated. Very characteristic is the attic of 30 squaremeters, with its wooden ceilings, exposed beams and parquet floors. It consists of a double bedroom (with ceiling fan) and sitting area, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with table.

Santa Barbara 3( for 2-4 people): a very nice 50-square-meter apartment, located on the ground floor in a separate wing of the house. It consists of a living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, and an open kitchen with a table; a double bedroom (with a ceiling fan), with a very comfortable, oversized bed; and a full bathroom with a shower. The fireplace in the living room can also be used during the cold seasons to prepare nice barbecues.

Santa Barbara 4 (for2-4 persons): an apartment of about 42 square meters, located on the ground floor, consists of a double bedroom (with ceiling fan), full bathroom with shower, living room (ceiling fan) with sofa bed and kitchenette (dishwasher) with table. The apartment is also suitable for the handicapped. The apartment can be communicating with No. 5 and thus, together, they can form one large accommodation suitable for large families at a special price.

Santa Barbara 5( for 4-5 people): an apartment of about 58 square meters located on the second floor with a beautiful view of the countryside and the farmyard of the house. It consists of one double and one twin bedroom (both with ceiling fans), a full bathroom with bathtub, living room with kitchen and dining table. The apartment can be communicating with No. 4 and can be used by large families at a special price.

Activities and surrounding

In front of the farmhouse are the 40 hectares of land dedicated to cultivation, in which one can also take pleasant walks.

Santa Barbara is in the heart of the famous Riviera del Brenta with its majestic villas. Venice with all its wonders is only 16 km away, and Padua is 25 km away.

For those who want to spend a day at the beach, the Lido beaches can be reached by a pleasant 30-minute "cruise" across the Venice lagoon
