Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Check-out: by 10 a.m. for rooms; by 9:30 a.m. for apartment.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the booked period of stay is charged.

Note Rooms: for internal organizational reasons, rooms are not specifically assigned, but may be subject to change.
Confirmation: a deposit is required, following which a confirmation email is sent.
Balance: payable at upon registration upon arrival (check-in).
Cancellation terms: in case of cancellation or changes made 14 days before the arrival date, only the deposit will be retained and no charge will be made. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Housekeeping: for rooms daily cleaning with change of bed and bath linen every 3 to 4 days; for apartments weekly change on day 7, including bed and bath linen, not included final cleaning (euro 60).
Breakfast: from 8 to 10 a.m. For rooms it is included, for apartments it is optional and there is an extra 10 euros per person.
Pool: open from 10 am to 7 pm; day of arrival access from 2 pm, after check-out 10 euros per person (even if only for one hour)
Tourist tax: payable locally, 1 euro per person per night (children 0-14 years old exempt).
Electric vehicle charging station: service fee.
Pets NOT allowed.
Structure recommended for couples, not suitable for groups.
