The agriturismo

The farmhouse, the result of a skillful renovation of an old rural building from the early 1900s, is nestled in the tranquility of the green countryside surrounding Lake Garda. It offers hospitality in cozy rooms and a modern mini-apartment, perfect for a vacation that combines tradition and contemporary comfort. The property is situated in a strategic location, very close to the main attractions of Lake Garda such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Villa dei Cedri, Sigurtà Park, Mount Baldo and the splendid art cities of Verona and Mantua.

In addition, the agritourism is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles, ensuring a sustainable and innovative stay.

The accommodation

Mattia Anna and John welcome their guests with a warm and genuine atmosphere, making them feel at home. The little ones find a safe environment where they can play freely.

The farmhouse offers 9 rooms, a mini apartment and 4 Eco-Houses, furnished with great care and attention to detail. Each room is unique, decorated with a specific color and flower, and equipped with the best amenities. The double rooms are spacious, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

The mini-apartment includes a living room, kitchenette and sleeping area with a double bed and sofa. Eco-houses have two separate rooms, a small living room with kitchen and a spacious veranda overlooking the vineyards. They are ideal for families or small groups of friends who want a relaxing and independent vacation, with the possibility of cooking.

Breakfast is served in the cozy room, furnished with care and style, or outside. The rich buffet offers genuine products such as homemade cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, jams, milk, coffee, tea and fruit juices. On request, the facility prepares tasty snacks.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden where guests can relax, sunbathe on the sun loungers provided and enjoy breakfast in the morning while admiring the view of vineyards and hills. A terrace furnished with tables and chairs is also available.

The farmhouse lies in very close proximity to the main attractions that Lake Garda has to offer: Gardaland amusement park, Caneva World water park, Villa dei Cedri thermal water park, Sigurtà botanical gardens, the Monte Baldo and the historic art towns of Verona and Mantua.

In this quiet place, among the vineyards of local farmers, it is wonderful to relax. The uutzicht is very beautiful.
