The agriturismo
A few km from Bardolino and from the banks of Lake Garda, on the hillsides of Affi, this agriturismo is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
The context is peaceful and the rooms feature dry stone walls and exposed beams. It is family-run.
The accommodation
Sitting in the rural surroundings of the Affi hillsides, the facility is immersed in green and is close to Lake Garda. For three generations, the farm has made the products of its countryside – Bardolino DOC wine and PDO Olio Garda Orientale – and for 25 years it has also been operating the agriturismo offering accommodation and restaurant.
All the rooms have their own bathroom and their fine décor includes wooden furniture and wrought iron beds. Buffet breakfasts are full of wholesome products and home baked cakes.
The restaurant can seat up to 40 diners inside and the same number outside (in summer); it serves traditional, local cuisine with pasta and gnocchi handmade by the hostess. Guests can also enjoy dishes made using the garden vegetables and grilled meat cooked using the wood from the estate woodlands. The meat, cured meats and cheeses come from local farms.
Activities and surrounding
A wide range of activities can be carried out in the vicinity of the farmhouse: walks on the paths around the lake and in the mountains, and cycling excursions (also with a guide) on high and low difficulty trails, on bike paths or on paths at altitude.
Possibility of renting e-bikes directly at the facility for excursions in the mountains, lake or city of Verona. A bike path in fact leads from Affi directly to Verona city.
Free Climbing can be practiced at the nearby Marciaga cliff (about 6 km); swimming and other water sports such as windsurfing and sailing in the waters of Lake Garda, or simple bathing in properly equipped centers.
Wellness centers such as Aquardens in Pescantina about 10 km away, thermal baths in Verona, Aquaria Thermal SPA in Sirmione about 30 km away. Sigurtà Garden Park is just 20 km away, Gardaland and Sea Life are 15 km, Movieland and Medieval Time are 10 km, Pastrengo Zoo Safari Park is 10 km, Park Jungle Adventure San Zeno di Montagna is 15 km.
Also not to be missed are evocative events, places and monuments such as Verona and its opera season in the Roman Theater; rock carvings between Garda and Torri del Benaco; Gabriele D'Annunzio's Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera, also ferrying from Torri to Toscolano Maderno.

We stayed there for a week and had 2 rooms. These are very nice and functional. It is very conveniently located, as you can quickly reach the Garda. There is an above-ground pool for swimming, which is perfectly adequate. Sun loungers are available on site. The restaurant is open...
