The agriturismo
Our family awaits you in the hills of Custoza, strategically located: 15 km from Lake Garda and halfway between the beautiful art cities of Verona and Mantua.
Our house, on the top of the hill, surrounded by the vineyards of Custoza doc wine, enjoys a wonderful view. We have 7 rooms, brand new relaxing pool, garden, large tree-lined park, playground and animal farm. The entrance to the facility is located on a historical nature trail that allows you to easily discover the Lands of Custoza on foot or by bicycle.

The accommodation
Here you will find a unique family hospitality: Our family will host you in our house.
We have 7 rooms with bathrooms, some recently renovated. Each room is equipped with private bathroom with shower, linen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is served in the large family room in winter, and on the rooftop terrace in summer. You can choose between sweet and savory breakfast made by Grandma Lucia. You will have at your disposal the garden, the large wooded park and the playground for the children. Everywhere in the garden you will enjoy our beautiful view.
In 2023 we built a brand new swimming pool: a shallow lagoon with relaxation ring set in a corner of the garden with umbrellas and deck chairs. Available in summer.
The entire property is fully fenced and offers ample parking.
The icing on the cake of our farmhouse is the animal farm where you can independently get to know miny ponies, sheep, baby goats and other small animals.
Our large rooms are suitable for corporate events and meetings.
Activities and surrounding
The farm is located directly on the historical nature trail "Tamburino Sardo" and a short distance from the "Cammina Custoza".
You will find great food and wine offerings throughout the area.
E-bike rental at 1 km.
Borghetto sul Mincio and Valeggio are 5 km away. From there the Mincio bike path leads to Peschiera del Garda and Mantua.
Nearby sports facilities: Golf Club verona, Golf Club Villafranca, 2 riding schools and 2 water parks (Pico Verde and Cavour) and Sigurtà Garden Park.
Nearby many wineries await you where you can taste and buy doc Custoza and Bardolino wines .
15 km away
are Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva.
Other important destinations vivine are Verona, Lake Garda, Mantua.
Don't miss Lessinia, The Molina waterfalls and Bolca, the largest fossil discovery site in Italy.
