The agriturismo
Agriturismo Le Colombare is located within the old agricultural court next to the historic barchesse and the modern Pila and consists of four independent, fully equipped apartments.
The fauna of the rice fields is very rich and during a bicycle or walking trip along the fields it is easy to come across herons, hawks and wild ducks, typical birds of the rice fields.
It is an ideal place to relax and rest surrounded by the quiet countryside. The location is strategic for visiting the cities of Verona and Mantua, Lake Garda, the Mincio Natural Park and all the attractions the area has to offer, just 4 km from the Nogarole Rocca highway exit and about 20 km from the airport of Villafranca di Verona.
The accommodation
The four lodgings were made out of a portion of the manor house respecting its architecture, and consist of living area, double bedroom and bathroom. They have a fully equipped kitchen, linens, television, air conditioner and WI-FI Internet connection.
Corte: faces directly onto the courtyard dominated by the old farmyard and consists of a large double bedroom, a bright living room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. Given the size of the apartment it is possible to add single beds for younger guests.
Giardino: overlooks the inner garden and consists of a small entrance hall, a large double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Given the size of the apartment, it is possible to add single beds for smaller guests.
Castello: overlooks the courtyard and old farmyard and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. It is the ideal apartment for a couple.
Magnolia: is a ground-floor apartment with a door leading directly to the garden with the pool. It consists of a small kitchen, the bathroom with a large shower, and the bedroom is separated from the living area by a wall in the middle of the room. It is the ideal apartment for a couple.
All apartments have access to the inner garden where the old Colombaia and the swimming pool are at the complete disposal of guests.
Activities and surrounding
Educational farm
When you visit our educational farm, you will be able to immerse yourself in the realities of farming at 360 degrees. It will be possible to visit our fields to learn the techniques of cultivation of the cereal richest in health benefits, as well as our modern stack to follow all the steps of processing until packing. Farm animals and organic vegetable garden will soon be available to our young guests.
On the farm you will be able to see up close and learn about the various stages of rice cultivation.
Products and farm store
The farm store offers, in addition to the rice we produce, all the products derived from it: gallette , cookies, sbrisolona and breadsticks. You can also find products from other farms in the Verona area, such as: extra virgin olive oil, wines, jams and much more. Upon reservation, we make gift packages, Christmas or Easter baskets for individuals or companies.
Surroundings
The Agriturismo is located just 4 km from the Nogarole Rocca highway exit and about 20 km from the Verona/Villafrancaairport.
The location is optimal for visiting the nearby cities of Verona and Mantua and their surroundings, the Mincio Natural Park, and the renowned Lake Garda with all its attractions.

Our time at Le Colombare was pretty amaizing. The place is nicely located just a little car drive from Verona and the Garda Lake. It's calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and looked even better than in the photos. We really recommend it :))
