For owner Francesca, Le Fornase farm is synonymous with love and passion.
Choosing not to be a biologist anymore but to follow her father's dream, she strongly wanted a slow life, immersed in nature, with sometimes difficult and tiring but happy moments.
Le Fornase is home for guests, where they can savor welcome, sharing and tranquility.
Within a short distance (500 meters) are the Gardaland amusement park, 3 km Movie Studios and Caneva World, 11 km the Sigurtà Garden Park, and only 2 km the art city of Peschiera del Garda with its fantastic beaches.
The accommodation
The farmhouse Le Fornase is located in a fantastic setting, immersed within awinery, thus enjoying immense green spaces, views of vineyards and fields of wheat, where peace and tranquility reign supreme
Entirely converted from an old country cottage dating back to the end of the 1700s, the farmhouse owes its name to its former use: the area was occupied by a kiln for cooking earth and processing manufactured goods
The agriturismo has 19 rooms, comfortable and furnished in country style; each room is air conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom and satellite TV. Espresso coffee and kettle are provided.Two rooms are equipped to accommodate handicapped guests.
Inside the guesthouse you can admire a splendid Andalusian horse, the undisputed king of the house, and a swimming pool for young and old, surrounded by green vineyards and views of wheat.
Adjacent to the guesthouse you can delight your senses by tasting the specialties of the renowned restaurant.
During your stay you will be able to enjoy tastings and purchase the farm's products, such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garda and wines from the winery.
The farm's Wine Shop offers guests moments of magical, rediscovered conviviality. Here it is possible to take part in tantalizing tastings of the Wines andExtra Virgin Olive Oil in the charming setting of the rural porch surrounded by nature, or in the warm atmosphere of the fireplace room. It is also possible to discover the beneficial and regenerating effects of the line of olive oil face and body creams.
Activities and surrounding
Within a short distance are the Gardaland amusement park, reachable by a walk (500m), Movie Studios and Caneva World, the Giardino Sigurtà park, and the art city of Peschiera del Garda.
The agriturismo is also very close to the Verona Fair, about 15 minutes by highway.
Bicycles are available for excursions among the vineyards in the surrounding countryside.
Azienda Agricola Frezza, founded by Dr. Gianfranco Frezza, is located in the southeastern part of Lake Garda, its land extending in the area between the towns of Peschiera Del Garda, Lazise and Castelnuovo Del Garda. Vines and olive trees are grown on a hillside that rises along the first Morenic amphitheater of the southeastern shore of Lake Garda.
